Haleon: Otrivin – pollution capture pencils

Otrivin, a non-prescription nasal decongestant spray, launched the Pollution Capture Pencils initiative, placing air purifiers across schools in India to draw attention to how much children suffered due to pollution and how individual actions can help make a huge difference.

India is home to 39 of the world's 50 most polluted cities. According to an analysis by Air Quality Life Index (AQLI), 63% of India's population is living in unsafe levels of pollution, leading to a decrease in average life expectancy. Children are especially vulnerable to the negative impact of air pollution, as their developing organs and bodies are affected by bad air quality— a reportby WHO says 98% of children in India breathe toxic air, not just outdoors, but indoors at home and and schools too.
