Ernst & Young (EY), launched mentoring sessions and educational workshops on designing engaging volunteering programs to drive mass awareness of volunteering opportunities across Asia-Pacific and support the next generation workforce.

The challenge: Mobilizing EY people to create ripples of change across Asia-Pacific

EY Ripples is the EY global corporate responsibility program harnessing one of the world's largest ecosystems - mobilizing more than 365,000 people across EY member firms and associated communities - to address social and economic inequity, and drive progress toward the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Its aim is to positively impact the lives of 1 billion people by 2030.

The program launched in 2018, and has three focus areas that create 'ripples' of impact:
