DHL, the world's number one logistics company, is a matrixed organization with limited budgets, significant stakeholder demands, and a mandate to deliver high levels of stakeholder satisfaction. Tasked with meeting these needs, the DHL APAC communications team set out to create true innovation and generate stories that matter in a digital-first world. The versatile team, comprised of 15 highly motivated and engaged members, includes veterans with PR agency background, together with a former journalist, and a team of digital marketing specialists.
