The challenge
It was March 2018.
The sun was bright. The sky clear.
You could feel warmth for the first time.
To all intents and purposes, it was a beautiful morning.
Quiet.
Peaceful.
But something sinister pierced the sky, and shattered the silence:
84 statues, perched on top of a huge grey building on London's South Bank.
