Post-pandemic and amidst ongoing system pressures, morale in the health and care workforce has reached new lows. As part of a plan to ensure the sector's resilience, the Public Health Team at Worcestershire County Council (WCC) commissioned Thinks Insight and Strategy to conduct research to shape support for health and care professionals.
