Our sole ambition was to make Indian agriculture climate resilient, leading to a sustainable supply of not just Lay's potatoes but also food for the nation. Our objectives catered to various KPIs:

  1. The pace and unpredictability of climate- change required our platform to be highly adaptable to ensure success.
  2. Loss of yield is the key consequence of any climate vagary. Ensuring yield increase not only meant an efficient agri-supply-chain for Lay's but is also indicative of ensuring food security for the nation....
