Objective

Women are Flake's biggest consumers. The brand has made it its mission to celebrate women because every woman deserves appreciation, a moment to themselves, a moment of indulgence and sweetness. Every woman deserves a Flake moment. For years, Flake has shown this appreciation in every communication and promoter interaction. However, the pandemic has disrupted our ability to engage women in store.

Without promoters, Flake lost the element of human connection and the ability to induce trial and drive penetration.
