SonyLIV: Please pay attention, it is rocket science

SonyLIV was relaunched in India in 2020 to raise awareness of the SonyLIV original show, Rocket Boys, drive subscription numbers, differentiate the show from the documentaries and generate interest among online video-consuming audiences.

The communication goal

The objective of the campaign was to drive awareness about the SonyLIV original show Rocket Boys which is based on the lives of Indian nuclear physicist Dr. Homi Jehangir Bhabha, and Indian astronomer and physicist Dr. Vikram Sarabhai. Along with driving awareness for the show, we also wanted to drive subscription numbers for the platform.

The show was based on the lives of scientists and several events in the scientific history of India and it has been chronicled in the past in some form or other. Several documentaries were already made on the lives of esteemed scientists....
