Cadbury Joy / Bournville: Pushing digital commerce to full throttle

Cadbury Joy Deliveries, a gifting platform, and Bournville and MTR, food product brands, merged data from several sources to engineer dataset mapping to maximise capabilities and appeal to Indian consumers to increase their basket values.

The communication goal

The digital-commerce industry is growing by 23% year-over-year, and by 2040, its estimated, 95% of all purchases will be online (NASDAQ)! Acknowledging these figures, the biggest of the Product-Based Companies, with the likes Mondelez, L'Oreal, MTR, etc., are investing heavily in the E-Commerce and Direct-To-Consumer ecosystems.

That said, it's essential for these companies to be able to capitalise on the data generated from online-commerce, be it from the walled-gardens like Amazon or brand-owned D2C First-Party-Data Hubs!
