This case is about how McDonald's created a first-of-its-kind experience for the UAE's Gen Z - an audience McDonald's was not as connected to as it was to families - to teach them an important skill that driving schools don't include in their curriculum: how to drive in a McDonald's Drive Thru.

And did so, by integrating its drive thru learning experience into a conventional driving school learning experience.
