StarHub Mobile is one of the largest mobile networks in Singapore, with over 2.2 million subscribers in a country with a population of 5 million people. As a brand that is renowned for its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, StarHub Mobile was first approached by the Singapore Association of the Visually Handicapped (SAVH) to offer a subsidised low-price mobile plan to the visually handicapped.

Not only did StarHub agree to the proposal, it wanted to do more. It wanted to connect the visually handicapped to mobile plans, as well as create mobile innovations that will help improve the quality of life of the visually handicapped. In other words, an end-to-end solution.
