The Australian media industry has the automotive sector to thank for the current state of its market, according to Jane Schulze, Managing Director at Standard Media Index (SMI): automotive brands are the number one spender in the local market.
"The Australian media should be very thankful for the competition in the automotive market because it's consistently one of the strongest performing categories within the SMI data.
