Millennials have been the focus of much attention in recent months, with brands and marketers dissecting their media habits and observing differences at either end of the age scale, but relatively little consideration has been given to ethnicity.

But it's a potentially important factor: one in four of the UK's millennial generation is from an ethnic background. At an IAB Research Breakfast, held in London in February 2015, Alison Tsang, Head of Insights at Manning Gottlieb OMD, threw out some more attention-grabbing statistics about the ethnic population.
