This was the situation facing Kettler – a brand seeking to reclaim the type of awareness and competitive advantage it first gained in 1977 with the introduction of the world's first aluminium bike.
Our strategy: use mobile apps to augment the core Kettler product through deep integration, layering on services to both extend and enhance the customer experience. Provide richer feature sets, a highly personalized experience, and connect the customer to the brand through the convergence of product, mobile device and services.
