Bob Liodice, president/ceo of the Association of National Advertisers (ANA), had created a best-practice list of ten "musts" that he still plans to deliver at the organization's Masters of Marketing event next month.

But the themes of the ANA's Multicultural Marketing & Diversity Conference - held at Phoenix's Arizona Biltmore just a month in advance of the annual gathering - were so much a part of the fabric of the future of marketing that Liodice presented this list as part of his opening remarks at the multicultural assembly.
