In the past five years we have continuously seen many missed opportunities from surprisingly big brands and agencies to hit the mark with mobile. Whether it was the QR code in a non-wired subway station or restaurant apps that are merely location finder tools, it seems that many marketers and agencies in the industry are missing the common sense basics of what an outstanding mobile experience really is.

Plastic Mobile has been practicing a "user is paramount" theory since its inception at the dawning of mobile. We like to think of ourselves as the guardians of user experience.
