In the UK, the BBC is a "huge force" in television, radio and online, according to David Boyle, EVP/Insight at BBC Worldwide. As such, it has few parallel operating models anywhere else in the world.
But, even with its powerful UK market share and dominance, the digital ecosystem has changed the rules of audience engagement both at home and abroad.
