It demonstrates that innovation is effective and can deliver significant business results, and does not require big budgets. While technological change is creating new opportunities for brands to communicate with consumers, the report also presents examples of brands that have found innovative solutions that are not tech-based. However, the authors warn that innovation is not a replacement for tried-and-tested methods or media and many brands continue to invest in 'traditional' forms of marketing, while allocating a portion of their budget to trying new ideas....
