London-headquartered TPD – formerly known as The Publishing Department – has been acquired for an unstated sum by Interpublic Group offshoot MRM Partners Worldwide in New York. Also included in the deal is TPD’s US subsidiary Fluent Communications of Seattle.

TPD will rebrand as Just Customer Communication while Fluent Communications retains it name. Both companies will operate as autonomous units within The Publishing Agency International – MRM’s custom publishing unit.
