NEW YORK: America's second largest radio broadcaster CBS Radio has teamed with AOL Radio in an online sales and content partnership.

The deal will see CBS take over ad sales for the two companies' combined 350 stations. They also plan to launch a new online radio player that enables listeners to move between stations, view song titles, album information and link to artists' websites.

Says Dan Mason, CBS Radio president/ceo: "A combined CBS Radio/AOL Radio affords us vastly greater scale, as well as massive distribution for our brands."
