HK Handel Denmark: Equal Pay

SUMMARY
Everybody agrees that there should be equal pay for equal work. The Union HK Denmark wanted to draw attention to the fact that Danish men on average earn 17.7% more than Danish women for equal jobs. Instead of traditional advertising, we chose to let the Danes see and feel our message. We visualized the discrimination by dividing a metro station into two different areas - for Women and for Men - with the male area providing additional benefits for the men, symbolizing unfair differences in pay.
