SUMMARY

MCYS came to us with a single objective: To get Singaporeans to be more open to marriage. How could we encourage single Singaporeans to go out and seek their ‘special someone’, and not sit back and wait for others to seek them out.

To understand the issue, we asked a simple question – Do Singaporeans not want to get married?

We were surprised to learn that on the contrary, the intention to get married had increased from 74% in 2004 to 85% in 2007...
