Senior agency strategists and executives from brands including Google, Nestlé and Nissan have been added to the jury panel for this year’s WARC Prize for MENA Strategy, bringing further regional expertise to the judging process.

Bassam Ayass, General Manager, MarComms AMI Africa Middle-East India at Nissan, Ali Cheikhali, Creative Strategy Lead at Google, Maria Dodero, Regional Senior Brand Manager at Nestlé and Islam ElDessouky, Head of Integrated Marketing Communications at Coca-Cola Middle East are the additional client-side judges joining chair Tarek El Kady – Marketing Director, McDonald’s MEA.

From the agency-side, additional jury members include Dina El-Dessouky, Head of Strategy at FP7/McCann Cairo, Shagorika Heryani, Head of Strategy at Grey MENA, Sunjay Malik, Associate Director, Strategy at PHD UAE, Maxime Menant, Director of Strategic Planning at TBWA\RAAD, and Avinash Pareek, Regional Head, Product, Growth & Marketing at Wavemaker MENA.

Now in its fourth year, this case study competition is free to enter, has a $10,000 prize fund and is open to agencies, brand owners and specialists in any marketing discipline. Full details are available on the Prize website. The closing date is 15 April 2020.
