E-commerce is experiencing positive disruption due to COVID-19. At Shopee’s recent Brands Summit, a panel suggested it’s time to re-think e-commerce as a one-stop shop, an e-business and a data trove.

Brands must pivot to e-commerce because it has gone from an experiment with technology to a necessity. For many brands, e-commerce has now become a significant contributor to the bottom line.
