David Sadtler is a fellow of the Ashridge Strategic Management Centre. He was the corporate development director and a main board director of London International Group plc, and is a two-time alumnus of McKinsey & Company. His book, Break-up, is co-authored with Andrew Campbell (Capstone, 1997), and his latest is Successful Business Acquisitions (Delta Sierra, 2000).
