Laurie Young is a specialist in the marketing of services and customer care. His career has been focused primarily on business-to-business marketing and includes senior positions at BT, Unisys and, currently PricewaterhouseCoopers. Prior to joining PwC he founded, built and sold his own professional services company specialising in services marketing.
