Noreena Hertz

   

Dr Noreena Hertz is associate director of the Centre for International Business at the University of Cambridge and the Miliband Fellow at the London School of Economics. She began her career as a Russia expert and worked for the World Bank in 1992. In the mid–1990s she worked on the Middle East peace process with the Palestinian Authority and governments of Israel, Jordan and Egypt. She is the author of The Silent Takeover and has written pieces for The Washington Post, The New Statesman, The Observer, and The Guardian.
