Bill Grimsey has been a retailer for over 30 years. He joined Wickes as chief executive in November 1996, leading the company's reconstruction and recovery following financial difficulties in the mid–1990s. In January 2001, Bill became CEO of Iceland Group plc, comprising Iceland Foods, Iceland.co.uk, Booker Cash & Carry and Woodward Foodservice.
