Steve Wills is Managing Director of Strategic Research. Based in the
Cotswolds it specialises in advanced research techniques, and in the integration
of data from multiple sources. An engineer by training, he spent 14 years at BT
involved in new ventures before becoming a Business Strategy Consultant with PA
Consulting Group. He set up Strategic Research in 1989. Steve is author of The
Guide to Best Practice in Market Research Management, and more recently,
Customer Insight Management and Communication, both of which were
developed from work with Pauline Williams on the Best Clientside Practice
projects.
