Dr Barbara Maughan is a member of MRC External Scientific Staff, and Reader in Developmental Psychopathology at the Institute of Psychiatry, King’s College London. Her research interests centre on psycho-social risks for mental health problems in childhood, and on the long-term implications of disorder and adversity in childhood for health and well-being in adult life.
