Dr David Bednall is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Marketing at Monash University. His research interests include the market research industry and its practices, consumer behaviour and non-profit marketing. He is co–author of Consumer Behaviour, published by Pearson Education. He is a former market research supplier, market research manager and policy researcher in the area of communications. He is a fellow of the Market Research Society of Australia and a Qualified Practising Market Researcher.
