Donald R. Bacon

Donald R. Bacon, PhD, is Associate Professor of Marketing at the Daniels College of Business, University of Denver, where he has been since 1989. He teaches consumer behaviour, new product development, and marketing research. In his research, Professor Bacon applies psychometric theory and multivariate statistics to such problems as customer satisfaction assessment and the evaluation of management education (especially the assessment of learning outcomes). Professor Bacon received his PhD in Marketing from the University of Michigan.
