Rizal Ahmad

Rizal Ahmad is a Lecturer in Marketing at the University of Kent at Canterbury, England where he teaches International Marketing and Business-to-Business Marketing. Prior to becoming an academic he worked in the banking industry. His research interests lie in customer retention management and marketing to older consumers. He has published his works in a number of journals such as Journal of Strategic Marketing, Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing, and Journal of Business-to-Business Marketing.
