Yuntsai Chou (Ph.D., the George Washington University) is Associate Professor in the
Graduate Program of Social Informatics, Yuan Ze University. The author
has published articles in telecommunications and Internet related journals and
has a chapter concerned with the regulatory impact analysis in the forthcoming
book Capital Market Oriented Assessment of Regulation in the Telecom Sector.
She is currently the editor of the journal book Evisage. Her primary
research interests are telecommunications policy, e-government, and network
economics.
