Wendy Macias (Ph.D., The University of Texas at Austin) is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Advertising and Public Relations, Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication, University of Georgia. Her research focuses on interactive advertising, consumer behavior issues and health communication, including direct-to-consumer drug advertising, on the Web and in traditional media.
