Joseph P Vaccaro is associate professor of marketing at Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts. He received his MBA and JD degrees from Suffolk University specializing in marketing and marketing law. He is the author of three textbooks. In addition, he has published a number of marketing articles in sales and sales management, advertising, marketing law, ethics, countertrade, retailing, and market segmentation.
