W Wossen Kassaye is associate professor of marketing at Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts. He received a PhD in marketing and MA in labor economics from the University of Illinois, Urbana. He is the author of many articles on strategic marketing, consumer behavior, and international marketing.
