Christine Wright-Isak

The author is vice president and account planning director at Young & Rubicam New York. She received her PhD from the University of Chicago. Her research interests include the measurement of advertising effectiveness and corporate reputation as well as the study of professional communities. She has been judging chairperson of the Advertising Effectiveness Awards since 1992. She has published numerous industry and academic journals and serves on the boards of several, including the editorial review board of the Journal of Consumer Research.
