Debra Zahay

Debra Zahay is the Acxiom Corporation Professor of Interactive Marketing at Northern Illinois University, where she teaches direct and database marketing, internet marketing, and customer relationship management. Dr. Zahay researches using information to create customer relationships for competitive advan­tage. She has published in Decision Sciences, Indus­trial Marketing Management, the Journal of Interactive Marketing, Interactive Marketing, and the Journal of Database Marketing. Professor Zahay is active in the Chicago Association for Direct Marketing, the Busi­ness Marketing Association, and the Direct Marketing Association, and is on the Advisory Board for the Customer Relationship Management Association.
