Charles R. Taylor

Charles R. Taylor is professor of marketing at Villanova University. He received his Ph.D. in marketing at Michigan State University. He will serve as president of the American Academy of Advertising in 2005, having previously served as vice president. Taylor’s research interests include international advertising and advertising regulation. His research has been published previously in the Journal of Advertising, the Journal of Advertising Research, the Journal of Inter­national Marketing, the Journal of Current Issues and Research in Advertising, the Journal of Public Policy and Marketing, the Journal of International Marketing, and others. Dr. Taylor has served as a marketing ex­pert for Philip Morris in litigation.
