Thomas L. Magliozzi

Thomas L. Magliozzi received a B.S. from M.I.T., an MS. from Northeastern University, and a DBA from Boston University. For many years, he was a manage�ment consultant both in the U.S. and abroad as well as an educator in international executive development programs in Venezuela, The Netherlands, Thailand, and the Philippines. For 10 years he was on the sum�mer program faculty of the International Marketing Institute of Australia. He was adjunct professor at Suffolk University, Northeastern University, and Boston University. He retired recently from Suffolk University School of Man�agement where he was associate professor of market�ing. He has published in the Journal of the Operational Research Society, the Journal of Direct Marketing, Services Marketing, Organizational Behavior and Hu�man Performance, Organizational Behavior Teaching Review, Proceedings of the National Decision Sciences Institute Conference, and OMEGA: The International Journal of Management Science.
