Deborah F. Spake

Deborah F. Spake is an assistant professor of market´┐Żing at the University of South Alabama. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Alabama. Her research focuses on advertising management and customer/business relationships, especially in a services setting. She has published in the Journal of Advertising, the Journal of Service Research, and the Journal of Applied Psychology among others.
