Kimberly A. Taylor

Kimberly A. Taylor is an associate professor of marketing in the College of Business Administration and a Faculty Fellow of the Honors College at Florida International University in Miami, Florida, where she previously served as the Barsky-Greenstein Case Professor. Her research on consumer behavior and decision making has been published in leading academic journals including Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Sciences, Marketing Letters, and the Journal of Consumer Satisfaction, Dissatisfaction add Complaining Behavior, among others. Dr. Taylor earned her Ph.D. degree in decision sciences from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as Bachelor's degrees in mathematics and psychology from the University of Maryland at College Park, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
