Rujirutana Mandhachitara

Rujirutana Mandhachitara is an assistant professor of marketing at Long Island University, C.W. Post Campus. She worked for five years in product management in a leading fast-moving consumer goods firm and taught as an adjunct instructor in graduate marketing at two major Bangkok universities. Her research interests include quantitative analysis of loyalty and satisfaction in the consumer products and services fields. She also has a strong interest in brand management and cross-cultural studies. She has 13 refereed international conference papers and has published in the Journal of Macromarketing, the International Journal of Consumer Marketing, the International Journal of Retailing and Distribution Management, and the Journal of Asian Business.
