Brian Wansink

Brian Wansink (Ph.D. Stanford) is the Julian Simon Fellow and Professor of Marketing, Advertising, and Nutritional Science at the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign. Formerly a professor at Dartmouth College (Tuck School) and the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton School), he directs the Food and Brand Lab at the University of Illinois (www.
