Martin S. Roth is associate professor of
international business at the Moore School of Business at the University of
South Carolina, where he teaches international marketing management and
strategy courses programs. Dr. Roth’s areas of expertise include brand and
corporate image management, pricing and value analyses, and communication
programs. One of his areas of specialization is the health-care and
pharmaceuticals industry. His work has been published in leading marketing,
management, and health-care journals, including the Journal of Marketing
Research, the Journal of International Business Studies, the Journal of Consumer
Research, and the Journal of Health Care Marketing. He currently
serves on the editorial review boards of the Journal of Advertising, Journal
of World Business, and the Journal of Public Policy and Marketing. He
has spoken on a variety of marketing and global management topics at industry
and academic conferences, and for specialized trade organizations throughout the
Americas and Europe.
