Marla Royne Stafford

Marla Royne Stafford is associate professor of marketing at the University of Memphis. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Georgia. Dr. Stafford is associate editor of the Journal of Consumer Affairs and has twice served as guest editor of the Journal of Advertising. She has published in such journals as the Journal of Retailing, Journal of Advertising, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Current Issues and Research in Advertising, among others. Her research interests focus on services advertising, message strategy, and the new media.
