Chris Dubelaar is senior lecturer, Monash University. His Ph.D. dissertation, The Antecedents of Retailing Productivity and Performance, was completed at the University of Alberta in 1996. Dr. Dubelaar has completed several studies on the effectiveness of alternative e-marketing, logistics, and retailing strategies. His research reports are published in the Journal of Business Research, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, and elsewhere.
