Goutam Chakraborty

Goutam Chakraborty is associate professor of marketing at the College of Business Administration, Oklahoma State University. He received a B.Tech in mechanical engineering from IIT, Kharagpur; PGCGM from IIM, Calcutta; and M.S. in statistics and Ph.D. in business from the University of Iowa. He has published in many journals including the Journal of Advertising, Journal of Advertising Research, Journal of Consumer Psychology, and Journal of Interactive Marketing. His research interests are in the areas of database marketing, internet marketing, effects of advertising and product experience, and consumer decision making.
