Ivonne M.
Torres is a second year doctoral student in the Department of Marketing &
Entrepreneurship in the Bauer College of Business, University of Houston.
She holds a B.A. degree in electronic media from the University of Texas at El
Paso and an M.B.A. from New Mexico State University. She received a National
Science Foundation (NSF) Doctoral Scholars fellowship. Her current research
interests lie in the areas of culture and persuasion.
